Under Pressure

I took my blood pressure today, 113/86. I'm no doctor and I have no idea what that means, but apparently that's in the healthy range, and my heart should not explode in the near future. Clearly the stress of the competition has yet to get to me. Now that meatpopsicle has embarked on his intensive exercise and diet programme, I wonder whether he will be spured on by the possible benefits, such as a reduction in blood pressure, leading to a lower risk of heart disease and an increased lifespan. Or maybe the keg is motivation enough.
