Well it's reached the moment of truth. After many weeks of hard toil and many months of not so hard toil, it has come to today. As you might have guessed, I have been updating infrequently because I was actually off the diet and not exercising. As such, my weight is now... (drum roll)...
86.0kg!
We have a winner and I am sad to say, it is not me. Great effort Holland, your keg will be in the mail and I will make sure to write "do not shake" on it.
