I could be seriously screwed here. Time to bring out my secret weapon. I just joined a Shirenji Kempo club... 3hrs, 2 nights a week. Hopefully combined with soccer 2 lunchtimes a week and the odd swim, jog or cycle I should get back in the contest. If not, at least I can beat the crap out of anyone who makes fun of my weight (in self-defence of course, for that is the way of the Dojo).
Now, if only I hadn't had Burger King for dinner last night?
