And once again, we're yet to hear from the Meat, even though he's had a good 19 hours to hit the sauna since his weigh in was due.
And I'm quite chuffed that my big birthday BBQ on the weekend didn't add to my very slowly receading gutline.

I don't see any post from the meat. He must be in the sauna trying to lose some of the 4kg he put on in the last fortnight before he makes his post.
